MEMBERSHIP and RIGHTS OF MEMBERS

Full Membership:

Men of the age of 18 years and over may apply for Full Membership provided they hold a current handicap of 28 or below, and if elected shall have the right to the use of the Clubhouse and the golf course, and they shall be entitled to attend and vote at the Annual and General Meetings of the Club.

Lady Members:

Ladies of the age of 18 and over may apply for Lady Membership and if elected shall have the right to the use of the appropriate parts of the Clubhouse and, except as provided in the Bye-laws, shall have equal playing rights on the golf course as Full Members. Lady Members shall comply with the Rules of the Ladies Section as well as with the Rules of the Club. Lady Members are also entitled to attend and vote at Annual and General Meetings

Mid-Week Members

Men of the age of 18 years and over may apply for Mid-Week Membership and if elected shall be entitled to the use of the Clubhouse and to play on the golf course at all permitted times, excepting Saturdays and Sundays. They shall not be entitled to attend or vote at the Annual and General Meetings of the Club, nor shall they be entitled to enter the Club competitions except such as are arranged for Mid-Week Members, or as agreed from time to time by the Committee

ELECTION OF MEMBERS

The election of candidates for membership is vested in the Committee

SUBMISSION TO THE RULES

The payment of their subscription by Members shall imply their acceptance of the Rules of the Club and their agreement to observe and abide by those rules.

*SUBSCRIPTIONS and ENTRANCE FEES

An applicant who fails to pay his or her subscription and entrance fee within one month of being advised of their election to membership shall be assumed to have allowed their application to lapse.

*Copy of the Rules of the Club may be seen on application to the Secretary/Manager

Applicants are required to meet with the Captain or other nominated Committee Member before their application is considered by the Committee.
