Most golf clubs have an academy, but very few deliver it in quite the style of Limpsfield Chart.
The club is proud of its growing reputation as an ideal place for new golfers – and those that maybe a tad rusty – to discover just how much the game can offer.

Joining our Academy isn’t just about the coaching that's included. The membership is backed up with Fledglings Sundays, monthly scrambles and a series of innovative short game clinics that give you all the guidance you need and make you feel in safe hands.

Those hands belong to our pro Roger Williams. As a PGA pro, Roger's mission is to help newbies integrate and feel part of the club. He's coached for over 20 years and you’ll come under his wing supporting you with SIX one-to-one half hour lessons.

The club also runs a Fledglings programme which was devised to enable those new to golf to learn from more experienced players in a pressure free environment. They gather every Sunday morning to play a relaxed and friendly 9 holes.

There is a fun scramble competition on the first Tuesday of each month and if you want to brush up on your technique then look out for the special clinics. These focus on all things from putting and chipping to trouble shots from deep rough!
