More questions: ask John Bungay, Brian Wilmor, Terry Gates, Victor Fenton or John Whetsel
Q: Where do I leave my card?
A: Submit your signed enhanced-scorecard in the basket below the sign-in monitor. Submit as many during the week as you play.
Q: What are the rules of play?
A: All regular rules of golf are to be enforced—especially no gimmes.
Q: How do I keep score?
A: No change from normal competitions. Just have someone score your card and enter the results—as usual. For the Stableford and Stroke events, we will take care of the arithmetic, if you do not.
Q: What if I don’t want to be part of the League Table?
A: No problem. Just play as usual—even alongside those who are submitting a card. You can play but do not have to submit a card.
Q: How much does it cost and why?
A: £15 for the entire season. This is to cover the cost of prizes and to create a sense of involvement.
Q: Can I play in qualifying competitions and these at the same time?
A: Yes, except during PAC Man weeks. Otherwise, you can submit the same card for both competitions.
A: If the qualifier requires you to play off the whites, no score adjustment will be made in the Score Like a Pro competition.
Q: Do I have to enter my scores on the computer?
A: No, only input your score if you are also playing in a competition where this is required.
Q: Are these handicap qualifying competitions?
A: But all except PAC Man can be used to enter a Sup Card.
