Course Overview
A HEATHLAND GEM
Come and explore this ancient heathland with its purple patches of heather, secluded tree-lined fairways and fast, smooth greens that are the envy of our visiting clubs. Limpsfield retains many of the original features which were established over 100 years ago and still challenges golfers of every standard giving you the opportunity to use every club in the bag.
There has been significant investment in the course over the autumn/winter months in the run up to the 2020 season. Watch our video guide and familiarise yourself with the exciting course changes.
The variety of second round tee positions gives different perspectives to many holes. Designed by Peter Paxton (with help from James Braid), it measures 5,736 yards off the white tees. The tree-lined fairways reward accuracy, but tempt long hitters and the greens have numerous subtle breaks. Only the thinking golfer can prosper here.
